Anthony R. Reeves

Anthony has built an extensive practice representing disabled individuals in obtaining their disability benefits from the Social Security Administration. Since 2001, Anthony has assisted hundreds of clients, both children and adults, in obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits through the administrative process which included the Local District Office, Hearing office, and the Appeals Council. Anthony has filed and won several law suits against the Commissioner of Social Security Administration in the United States District Courts in Florida. In addition, Anthony has appealed law suits to the United States Circuit Court of Appeal (11th Circuit) and the United States Supreme Court.

In addition, Anthony spends a great deal of time providing training and information sessions about the different aspects of the programs offered by the Social Security Administration. Anthony actively uses his blog (http://legalbeat.anthonyreeves.com) and his YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/reeveslawfirm) sites as tools to provide a wealth of knowledge to interested persons.

Anthony also has experience representing clients in employment related matters. Anthony is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent disabled veterans and is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Audrey Glover-Dichter

Ms. Glover-Dichter brings 20 years of experience to her new affiliation as Of Counsel with the Reeves Law Firm, P.A. Ms. Glover-Dichter is a graduate of The American University Washington College of Law (WCL) in Washington, DC. Ms. Glover-Dichter studied International Law through the JD/MA program in International Law while at WCL, from which she graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 1990. Given her background, Ms. Glover-Dichter naturally gravitated to the field of Immigration and Nationality Law, in which she has been practicing since graduating in 1990. Ms. Glover-Dichter is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Glover-Dichter was also the Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, and the editor of the section’s monthly newsletter, The Green Card. While chairing the section, Ms. Glover-Dichter was instrumental in providing Immigration Law CLE programs through the FBA in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Glover-Dichter was also on the editorial board of the Federal Bar Association’s monthly legal magazine The Federal Lawyer. Ms. Glover-Dichter has published articles and lectured in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law.

In 1999, Ms. Glover-Dichter established her solo boutique practice dedicated to Immigration and Nationality Law known today as Glover Dichter, PL. The purpose of establishing such a practice is to provide clients with the most professional services possible to reach the clients’ goals in the utmost caring, respectful and professional environment. Upon establishing Glover Dichter, PL, Ms. Glover-Dichter branched out into the field of Veterans’ Benefits Law. Ms. Glover-Dichter is proud to provide legal services to the men and women who served and defended our country, and are suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental illnesses due to their military experiences. Ms. Glover-Dichter helps veterans attain benefits based on their in-service injuries. Ms. Glover-Dichter is a member of the National Organization of Veteran Advocates (NOVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims Bar Association. Ms. Glover-Dichter is also a fully accredited attorney by the Veterans Administration allowing her to represent veterans in front of the VA and the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA). Ingrid M. Hooglander

After graduating from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and Cleveland State University with degrees in both public administration and law, Ingrid began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office where she worked her way from a county prosecutor to an “A” level felony prosecutor handling all aspects of the prosecution of the cases. During her tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, she tried over 25 jury trials and a wide array of bench trials.

In 2001, Ms. Hooglander worked as a Staff Attorney for Circuit Criminal and Circuit Civil Judges preparing judicial orders on all litigation motions. Thereafter, she moved into private practice and has held the position of In-House Counsel for two privately-owned companies handling various employment law, Human Resources, and general business issues. Ingrid has managed a diversified caseload involving insurance defense, landlord-tenant, business and corporate litigation, employment and labor law, family law, healthcare law, contracts and contract review, social security/disability, and criminal law.

In addition to her legal work, Ms. Hooglander is also an accomplished college professor at the following institutions: the University of Phoenix, Kaplan University, Hillsborough Community College,  and Saint Leo University in the areas of Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and Paralegal Studies.
